The Rankovi.ai Console diagnosis view — 22.1% blended visibility score vs 91.3% competitor average, 31 buying queries lost, with a gap severity callout and biggest loss right now panel.
01  ·  Engine breakdown

Different engines, different rules.

Perplexity is retrieval-first — it reads the live web on every query and rewards structured, citable content. ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are training-data-first — their recommendations skew toward whatever brands had the biggest content footprint at training time.

That's why every engine deserves its own scoreboard. Winning Perplexity is a six-week sprint. Winning ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini is a 6–12 month authority build. The Console measures each separately so you know exactly which lever to pull, and when.

Per-engine performance cards showing Perplexity 43%, ChatGPT 15%, Claude 15%, and Gemini 15% citation rates, with per-engine diagnosis recommendations and mentions/passes/results metrics.
02  ·  Prompt-level tracking

Every prompt. Every run. Every result.

Most "AI visibility" tools score your brand by running a handful of prompts once and reading the answer. The Console treats visibility as a longitudinal measurement problem: 20+ buyer-intent prompts, locked, run weekly across every engine, scored individually, tracked over time.

You see exactly which buyer questions you win, which you lose, where you rank, and how the picture changes from one week to the next. Run #27. Run #28. Run #29. The data accumulates.

— PROMPT MATRIX

3-stage funnel coverage

Brand-aware, solution-aware, and problem-aware queries — covering the buying journey from "what's this category" to "which vendor specifically."

— POSITION TRACKING

First. Second. Passing. Absent.

Being mentioned isn't enough — being named third in a list of seven loses the sale. Position is captured for every response.

— RUN HISTORY

Trajectory, not snapshot

One run is variance. Fourteen runs over 47 days is signal. Run history shows whether you're climbing, flat, or losing ground.

Prompt Performance view in the Console — showing Run #27, listing high-intent buying decision prompts with mentions, passes, and score percentages for each prompt.
Prompts Where You Are Recommended First — table showing brand-aware prompts where SWFL Health and Hydration ranks #1 (100% rate) versus solution-aware prompts ranking 13–25%.
03  ·  Opportunity ranking

The gaps worth closing first.

Every visibility gap is scored on three dimensions: buyer intent (how decision-stage is this query?), visibility gap (how far ahead is the competitor?), and competitor dominance (who else is winning here?). The Console ranks them by impact so you know which fix returns the most ground.

Then it pulls the single biggest opportunity to the top, full stop. "Act on this one first." No 47-item priority list. The opportunity costing you the most right now, surfaced and ready to ship.

Top Opportunities Ranked by Impact view — showing HIGH IMPACT cards for individual prompts with visibility gap bars, competitor scores, intent labels, and actionable to-do lists for winning each prompt.

04  ·  Multi-turn buyer journeys

Buyers don't ask one question.

Real buying conversations are multi-turn. A buyer starts wide ("how do I get blueprints printed near the job site?") and narrows to vendor-level decisions ("which specific online services are better than FedEx?"). Most measurement tools stop at the first prompt. The buyer's already lost by then.

The Console maps both turns. Captures who's cited at Turn 1 (Awareness), who's recommended at Turn 2 (Decision), and where the buyer is handed off to a competitor in between. Marked Captured if you win the chain, Gap if you lose it.

This is where the platform sees what no other GEO tool sees: the path from awareness to decision, engine by engine, brand by brand.

Buyer Journey Mapping view — two journey cards showing 2-turn buyer paths. The first card 'Blueprint Printing Nationwide' marked Captured, with per-engine breakdown of citations at Turn 1 (Awareness) and Turn 2 (Decision). The second card 'FedEx vs Online Blueprint Printing' marked Gap, with a recommendation to create dedicated content for the missing query.
05  ·  Competitor & sentiment intelligence

Who's being recommended instead of you.

Every result tracked. Every competitor named. Every domain cited. The Console surfaces who's eating your category share, where each is being recommended, and on which engines they dominate. 40% of results citing a competitor isn't a hunch — it's a measured fact with sources.

Layered on top: sentiment quality. Mentioned isn't the same as mentioned well. A 35% positive, 65% neutral, 0% negative profile tells a very different story than the inverse — and the Console breaks sentiment down per engine so you know which engines speak about you favorably and which need quality work.

— DOMAIN-LEVEL ATTRIBUTION

Every cited domain, ranked

Not just "competitor mentioned" — the specific URL each engine cited, with volume and engine breakdown. Lets you see where authority lives.

— HEAD-TO-HEAD

Your brand vs all competitors

Engine-by-engine mention rate against the field. Spot which engines you've already won and which need work.

— SENTIMENT BY ENGINE

Quality of mention, per engine

Positive, neutral, negative — broken down per engine. Reveals which engines have a favorable read on your brand vs which need reputation work.

Competitor Intelligence view — 40.6% of results contain a competitor, 6 unique competitor domains, most cited competitor (thewellnesslabiv.com with 22 citations), with head-to-head engine comparison bar chart and full competitor domain citation table.
Sentiment Analysis view — 35.1% positive mentions, 64.9% neutral, 0% negative, with sentiment distribution donut chart and sentiment by engine bar chart showing breakdown across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
06  ·  Prescribed interventions

What to do about it. Mapped to your funnel.

Most platforms tell you what's broken. The Console tells you what to do about it — and which Rankovi Labs program is built to execute the work.

Each funnel stage gets its own intervention prescription: brand-awareness gaps trigger monitoring + entity maintenance programs; solution-awareness gaps trigger content restructuring + comparison page builds; problem-awareness gaps trigger problem-mapping content sprints. The interventions change as your numbers move.

Prescribed Interventions view — three intervention cards organized by funnel stage. PROTECT/Brand Awareness at 100% with monitoring program recommendation. GROW/Solution Awareness at 10.7% with content restructuring program. GROW/Problem Awareness at 8.3% with problem-mapping content sprint. Each maps to a corresponding Rankovi Labs offering.
07  ·  Revenue opportunity

Visibility gaps, in dollars.

Every visibility gap costs money. The Console quantifies the spend you're losing each month — by funnel stage, by query volume, by intent — so the case for fixing it doesn't need a deck.

Conservative, estimated, and optimistic scenarios based on intent-weighted query volume, average order value, and current conversion rate. Directional, not promised. But honest enough to defend in a budget conversation.

Revenue Opportunity Preview — three monthly opportunity scenarios at $4,452 conservative, $7,420 estimated, and $10,388 optimistic. Annual opportunity $89,040. Per-funnel-stage breakdown showing Comparison ($3,844/mo), Solution Aware ($2,563/mo), Problem Aware ($1,014/mo), and Vendor Aware ($0/mo) opportunities.
